At 6 min 30, the mother says
"Dannasama ya okamisan ni menkogatte (kawaigatte) moraunndazo."
In standard Japanese, this would be, "Dannasama ya okusama ni kawaigatte morainasai."
which means "Please (by working hard) your master and his wife(okamisan) so that they will love you"
"Okamisan" means a wife of a household. "Kamisan" seldom means "gods." "Kamisama" would refer to "gods" and "God" in the Christian sense.

A minor correction on the note which appears 7:11, "Mino is a kind of coat sewed with Bambu hay."
Mino is actually a kind of coat sewed with Rice Straw (Wara).
